Features (With Numerical Control)
◎ Servo motor design drastically reduces changeover time between one mesh and another. The Change -over time is reduced by 50% compared with a manual type weaving machine.
● Reed stroke and pitch can be easily changed on the touch screen panel.
● The Heddle-frame timing and stroke can be easily changed on the touch screen panel.
● The PW-2100 has the ability to memorize 2,000 types of mesh patterns and wire diameters enabling the operator to change from one mesh to another with touch panel.
● On conventional machines a fine backward or forward adjustment was necessary for the wire clamp and also the needle height. The PW-2100 eliminates both of these procedures.
● Reduces warp wire loss at the end of weaving by 40% from conventional machines.
● Automatic edge trim on both sides.
● Crimp depth is adjustable to 1/100mm using a adigitalcounter. Crimp depth can also be memorized.
